I don’t get why you think that this is from, other than the harem aspect and that one of the main girls is a princess of a galactic empire, there is relatively little in common between the two series.

I quite agree with everything there |D Vampire Knight is turning out to be a really bad one too, but with a bad manga to go on, I guess I wasn’t expecting much.
