Hosaka-sempai’s top 6 scenes from Minami-ke & Minami-Ke Okawari
Why the top 6? Because this was the hardest post ever, that’s why! ( and we couldn’t decide on just 5). We know that your feel our pain. How is it possible to limit the awesomeness that is Hosaka to just 6 scenes. How do you even pick 6 scenes from a full two seasons of hot sweaty work.
But as members of the sweaty brigade, we felt it was our jobs to try. So here is the list, let us know what you think.
#6 – From Season 2, Episode 5: Not even rabbits can stop his love
Some may call this stalking, we call it dedication. If the one he loves desires rabbits (which
she doesn’t), then by damn Hosaka will capture a rabbit.
#5 – From Season 1, Episode 8: Poetry in cooking motion
This is why Hosaka is the perfect man he’s sexy, sweaty, athletic, shinny and he can cook. He is the role model for the male species.
#4 – From Season 1, episode 4: Call me Papa
What kind of man mistakes a girl’s sisters as her children and then instantly volunteers to be their farther? A Hosaka kinda man that’s who.
#3 – From Season 1, episode 4: Sweaty fantasies
Looking back on season 1 we can’t believe that it took until episode 4 for Hosaka to make his appearance. This scene introduced to the world the sweaty sexy comedic beast that is Hosaka.
#2 – From Season 2, episode 9: The meaning of life
We never knew what the meaning of life was until Hosaka in his infinite wisdom guided us to the truth. We now live by the “Hosaka creed”….
#1 – From Season 1, episode 13: The King of the Noodle World
Sweat + unbuttoned shirt + Noodles + Titanic parody = instant classic. Is there a better way to end the first season then like this? No there is not. If you show this clip to someone and they don’t laugh or at the very least smile, then it means they have no soul.
So we implore you fellow sweaty brigade members, go forth and spread the word of Hosaka!
